Q: How long does it take my Smoothie Cap to arrive?
A: Smoothie cap will arrive within 7 business days after you purchase. Cut off time for shipments is 2:00PM EST
Q: What payment methods do you take?
A: We accept all major credit cards, including but not limited to VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMEX. We also accept Cash App and Afterpay. We now accept e-check payments with a bank account. If desiring the e-check payment option, please understand that your items will not ship until your payment is cleared.
Q: Does Smoothie Cap 100% silk wig cap come in different colors?
A: Smoothie Cap is available in black and cream. Our Satin Bling bonnet is available in black, brown, pink, red and purple.
Q: The color I desire is sold out. Will it be back in stock?
A: Smoothie Cap is a very in demand product. If the color you desire is sold out, we suggest purchasing the color(s) that are in stock. You may sign up to our mailing list to be notified when the color you desire is back in stock and also of our new products.
Q: How do I place my Smoothie Cap product on?
A: If you are referring to our 100% silk wig cap, you'd place it on as you would any other wig cap. Then, put your wig on and secure your wig with its combs and/or straps.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, click on the shop tab in the upper right corner and view all items in the store. Add the items you desire to your cart. Be sure to select the color option that you desire if applicable. Once shopping is complete click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to checkout with the payment option you desire.
